Crossbred Horses Camargue x Quarter

Like any rider and breeder, Patrick Laurent is on a quest for the ideal horse for his work with cattle. It’s after many years of research that in 2002 the Grey Quarterhorse Stallion, Sonny Bars Moon joined the stables of The Marquises in order to cross with the best Camargue mares. Having in common the feel for working with cattle, this cross is the alliance between the rusticity of the Camargue horse and the power, moral and physical flexibility of the Quarterhorse. The mares are pure bred Camargue by Delight di Marquiso: Double winner of the Camargue stallions’ annual sorting competition in 1994- 95 and granddaughter of Esterel.
